Hi DJ.KEN.FITZ,

Yes, it is possible to place a flash file over an image but you'll have to make sure that the flash itself has a transparent background. You can do this by placing the embed tag of the swf file within a div tag styled with a css background image, and within the embed tag you should include the wmode="transparent" attribute. The code should be something like this:

<div style="width:600px;height:200px;background:url(background.jpg');">
<embed src="flashmovie.swf" width="600" height="200" wmode="transparent" />
</div>

However, I think it'll be better if you could include all the glittering effect, background image and the "music 4 every1" slogan into a single .swf file, then place it on the header section. After that, you can place your h1 title link on top of the flash.
