Believe it or not, this picture is not edited and these are real people:

Image taken from a Flickr member, gchuang, wonder where he got this photo but my first guess is these Ultramen are actually watching some kind of live football or soccer match somewhere in Japan? And yeah, I can see that they are cheering and clapping along with the crowd.

Anyways, this picture is absolutely outrageous.
